The 2nd Time
So I decided to give Twilight another try. The first time I saw it I was so unbelievably disappointed and devastated with it. I was so in love with the books (and with Edward Cullen) and the movie just ruined it all for me. BUT, everyone that felt the same way said that they liked it better the 2nd time. It took me a long time to even have the desire to give it another try, but I did. And I actually liked it a lot better this time. There were still a few parts that I wasn't a huge fan of, but whatever, it was pretty good actually. And I just keep thinking the 2nd movie will be even better. So thanks to everyone who told me to watch it again. There is hope again after all. Ha ha.

we never read the books - who has that kind of time! but, we loved the movie - probably because we didn't read the books.

Definitely agree that it was better the fourth time, I mean second time around. Well for me it the fourth showing that I was dragged to by girl friends before I decided that it wasn't so terrible. I hope the next was is better and that I can actually love it the first time around.
PS-I couldn't be more excited for you that it is only TWO weeks away. The funny thing is these two weeks will seem forever but once he's home you'll be saying, Wow you've already been home for a month. That time will fly by. Odd how that works.
I totally felt the same way! Maybe because I was expecting this terrible movie and it wasn't as bad as I thought it was, but I definitely liked it much better the 2nd time. Still not as good as I would have liked it to be, but still good ;)
